26 Condominiums made their way to Portsmouth market in March at an average asking price of $413,600.
Pending sales were up 50% over the previous month with 18 units going under agreement for sale. The average asking price was $319,500. Time on market hovered around the five month mark with average of 152 DOM.
The eleven condo sales that closed sold for an average of 99.1% of the asking price. Average selling price was $361,812. The top end of the sold price range was for a luxury three bedroom penthouse in Downtown Portsmouth for $1,237,500.
