Exeter home sales were down significantly in September to the year’s lowest level. The average sale price was also at the lowest level of the year at $220,500 which was 92% of the average asking price. The average time on market was the shortest all year with 39 DOM.

15 homes were put on the market with an average asking price of $370,083.

New sales contracts were back down to January and February levels - there were 7 properties that went under agreement with an average asking price of $604,743.
