The Exeter market picked up slightly in March as 13 homes went to contract for sale with an average listing price of $453,673.

There were 22 new listing that came on the market with an average listing price of $466,882.

There were seven sales that closed at an average of 93.5% of the average listing price of $367,457. The average selling price was $343,557 and the average days on market was down to 146.
