Exeter Sees Homes Sell For 96.7% Of Listing Price In April

April contracts for sale were up one unit from March with 14 homes reaching agreement to sell with an average listing price of $364,307.

Nine sales closed for an average of 96.7% of listing price. The average asking price for solds was $436,967 the average sold price was $424,667. Average DOM was 142. There were homes sold at Captains Way, Forest Ridge, and Blackford Place.

13 Exeter homes came on the market in April with an average listing price of $385,569.
