20 Condo and Townhouse units went up for sale at an average listing price of $320,808.
20 units went under agreement with an average listing price of $340,725. Number of closings was down slightly from April with 14 transactions total. Average sale price was up over April at $331,914 at an average of 93.7% of asking price.
Three new construction condos in Downtown Portsmouth closed in May with one three bedroom luxury unit setting the top of the range by selling for $768,000.
