Rye saw a total of nine sales close in January. Three of the sales were met or surpassed the million dollar mark. A shingle style estate on Love Lane sold for $1,450,000, a three bedroom home in Harbour Links Estates was purchased for $1,125,000 and a two bedroom condominium on Ocean Boulevard sold for $1,000,000.
The average selling price was $719,444 which was 90.7% of the asking price on average with a time on market of 133 days.
There were five properties that went under contract in January with an average listing price of $574,560.
The average listing price for the nine properties that came on the market in January was $1,103,178.
