Rye Oceanfront Property Sold For $2,195,000 In July

An oceanfront home on Wallis Sands Beach set the top end of the sold price range in July with a sales price of $2,195,000.

As in June there were a half dozen closed sales in July. The average selling price of $863,733 came in at 91.8% of list price on average. The average time on market was a relatively short 67 days.

There were six properties that went under contract for sale with an average listing price of $812,283.

There were 12 new listings that came on the market with an average listing price of $862,642.
